What about the delivery?
We use DHL when shipping to international customers and BALTOLINI for ITALIAN customers. The delivery time is up to two to three weeks (read more at Order & delivery), and on very few occasions it might take longer. After the delivery is picked up by DHL you will get a tracking number so you can see where your package is. Enter https://www.DHL.com to track your package.International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us , please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
How to make an order?
When you make an order with us an account will be created in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide to your order such as shipping and billing address as well as email address.
